FAQs
Below you'll find some of the most frequently asked questions. Visit our FAQs Page for more answers.
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and holidays to guarantee availability, particularly for DeLuxe E-bikes and Fat Tire E-bikes
We suggest bringing sunscreen, water, comfortable clothing, and a phone or map if you're exploring longer routes. Helmets and locks are included with all rentals but feel free to bring your own.
Helmets are required for riders under 18 and strongly recommended for all riders, particularly for Fat Tires E-bikes. We provide them free with every rental.
Yes! We have kid-sized bikes as well as trailers, tag-alongs, and child seats so the whole family can enjoy the ride together.
We offer a wide range of bikes, including electric bikes, all-trail and comfort e-bikes, fat tire e-bikes, surrey bikes for two to four adults (plus a couple of young kids), kids’ bikes, and tandem bikes. A variety of accessories, such as child seats and picnic baskets, are also available
Bikes can be picked up and returned at our main shop location. We also offer scheduled drop-offs for added convenience for a $15 fee per bike. Please contact us in advance to arrange a drop-off
Absolutely! We offer discounted multi-day and weekly rental packages. Contact us for long-term rental inquiries.
Not only E-bikes are not difficult to ride but they make it easier, for example to get the bike going at a green light, to climb a hill, or to go much further than on a regular bike with a lot less effort, thanks to the kick received from the electric power.
